Salon 1793 is built on Czech cuisine, high-quality ingredients, and flavors that naturally belong to the mountains. However, we do not want to merely copy traditional cooking. We give it our own signature, a modern form, and room for seasonal ideas.

Alongside Czech classics, you will therefore find venison specialties, Salon 1793 signature dishes, modern vegetarian meals, and lighter seasonal dishes inspired by Europe.

What to taste at Rejvíz?

If you want to taste something that truly belongs to the Jeseníky Mountains, start with the venison.

Venison has its natural place in mountain cuisine, and at Salon 1793, we dedicate a significant part of our menu to it. Depending on the current menu, you may find deer specialties, ragout, steaks, or other seasonal preparations.

Alongside these are our signature dishes – meals created specifically for Salon 1793, each with its own flavor and story.

And if meat is not your preference, you certainly do not have to settle for fried cheese. The menu features items such as mushroom dishes, seasonal vegetables, and modern meat-free combinations.

A homemade dessert instead of a quick finish

A trip does not have to end with the main course.

At Salon 1793, we prepare homemade desserts, with a selection that we change regularly. One time the star might be fruit, another time chocolate or seasonal ingredients.

You can pair it with coffee, Moravian wine, or one of our signature drinks.

And if, after a hike, you just feel like sitting down, ordering a dessert, and not worrying about a thing for a while, that is a perfectly legitimate plan.
